(“Island Salad”) et al in the Supreme Court Of The State of New York, New York County on behalf of non-managerial employees who allege that Island Salad misclassified non-managerial employees as exempt. The Complaint also alleges that Island Salad failed to pay non-managerial employees minimum wage for all hours worked and allegedly failed to pay non-managerial employees their straight or agreed upon rate for all hours worked. The Complaint further alleges that non-managerial employees were not paid overtime for all hours worked over 40 in a week and alleges that they were not provided accurate wage statements.
