New York, New York – In a Class Action lawsuit filed by the Law Offices of Louis Ginsberg, P.C. on behalf of current and former respiratory therapists of Orange Regional Medical Center (“Medical Center”), a New York Federal Judge has denied the Medical Center’s Motion to Dismiss the case, ruling that the Class Action claims are not preempted by Federal Labor Law and that the Medical Center may not compel the case to be decided in Arbitration.
